our promise to you

Our promise to you

The incredible generosity of our supporters and local community never fails to amaze us. Every year that kindness enables us to have a tangible, positive effect on the healthcare provided by our staff.

Below are just some of the projects, big and small, that have been funded through charitable donations.

This is the impact we make together. This is what you make possible.

Our impactย

help the nhs

We existย  to assist and to enhance the NHS where it has no budget to help.

maternity bereavement

We know our maternity bereavement service is already making a huge difference. Our next project aims to create a garden for our rehabilitation patients across three wards.

ward support

If you want to support a particular ward orย  project, your donations will be kept in trust for use by them and only for those projects. The charity is independently regulated and we are responsible to a Charity Finance Committee that regulates what we do.

Your generosity makes all this possible. Find out more about the charity here.

The beautiful mother in this photo is Sarah Shakeel. Sarah wrote to us:My name is Sarah, and I wanted to share that Iโ€™ve set up a JustGiving page to raise funds for the Hillingdon Hospitals Charity.Last year, at 23 years old and just after welcoming my second son, I suddenly lost my vision and was later diagnosed with highly active relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis. On the same day I received my diagnosis, I lost the ability to move my lower limbs and had to learn to walk again.Throughout the most difficult time of my life, the care, compassion, and support I received from the hospital team carried me through. From my MS nurse and neurologist to my therapist and the wider staff, they supported me not just medically, but emotionally as well and they continue to do so. This fundraiser is my way of saying thank you for everything they have done for me & continue to do so and for the help they have given to so many other patients and families. Here is the link to my fundraising page if you would like to see my full storywww.justgiving.com/page/sarah-shakeel-3Thank you for everything you do. ...
