Our promise to you

The incredible generosity of our supporters and local community never fails to amaze us. Every year that kindness enables us to have a tangible, positive effect on the healthcare provided by our staff.

Below are just some of the projects, big and small, that have been funded through charitable donations.

This is the impact we make together. This is what you make possible.

Our impact

help the nhs

We exist  to assist and to enhance the NHS where it has no budget to help.

maternity bereavement

We know our maternity bereavement service is already making a huge difference. Our next project aims to create a garden for our rehabilitation patients across three wards.

ward support

If you want to support a particular ward or  project, your donations will be kept in trust for use by them and only for those projects. The charity is independently regulated and we are responsible to a Charity Finance Committee that regulates what we do.

Your generosity makes all this possible. Find out more about the charity here.

A HUGE thank you to Keisha John, Charity Committee Lead at Mattel UK, and Catherine Frymark, Mattel(USA) for the amazing donation this week to Hillingdon's Rainbow ward. We are so grateful 🙏 💙. Our amazing team treats up to 40 patients every day, spreading smiles and comfort!Every donation we receive goes a long way in fostering play—an essential ingredient for mental health and happiness, especially during treatment. 💖 Each gift helps us create a warm, supportive environment for our brave patients, ensuring they receive the best care possible! Dr Caitlin Gibb is a Clinical Psychologist on Daniel's Rehabilitation ward. Following a generous donation for rehabilitation services, the charity was able to fund a specialist course for Caitlin to gain a qualification in Clinical Neuropsychology. Caitlin is currently mid way through the course and already applying her new knowledge. She says "It has been great putting the knowledge into practise and using it to directly benefit the patients and families on the neurorehabilitation ward. For example, I have used it to improve my practise in cognitive assessments and behavioural work. It has also been helpful in supporting the team from a neuropsychological perspective, specifically consultation and training, which will also benefit the patients we support." Well done Caitlin 👏 👏👏, and glad we could help. ... See MoreSee Less
